the Old Republic, then the Empire. Supporting the New Order wholeheartedly
he firmly belives that Palpatine did what was needed to get rid of the
rising corruption and crime that was eating the Old Republic away from
within. He is not an evil person perse, he is only what one could call
'misguided', his entire upbringing on Coruscant making him a good citizen,
only doing his duty to his nation and his people, and doing that duty with
deep conviction and pride.

his low profile. A former police officer on the Imperial homeworld of
Coruscant, he divorced himself of the Empire after a nasty incident with his
ex-superior. He joined-up as a Rebel during the mid- to latter- parts of the
war, serving in Hoth (before the invasion), and served in assassination and
subversion units until the Battle of Endor. He quit the New Republic
afterwards to persue an Independant's life and maybe get a job that suits his
traits. If you need just about _anything_ done, give him a ring.

The swarthy Corellian, Dol, is a recovered spice junkie that has sliced out quite a good life for himself after a rough beginning. He is a first rate starship pilot and technician -- when it comes to fixing droids and maintaining his old YT-1300, the beetle-like gig 'Elliptic Jade,' few others can outclass him. He has however gaps in a standard education, and is average at best in most other areas. This is not a hindrance, however, as through life's experiences he has gained a compassion and love of other sentients (and even droids...) that no standard school could or would ever instill under the jurisdiction of the Empire. This understanding has on many occasions smoothed over relations with seedier employers and bought him, if not alliances, more time to tramp the galaxy. Though not a coward by any means, Dol will avoid violence if at all possible, and if there is no other choice, will take the most direct, effective, non-lethal, non-damaging route. For one of his size he is quick on his feet and carries himself with strength. His second-rate education has also not kept him from developing a quick wit, a cynicism, and an altoghether intuitive wisdom about life, the universe, and everything.
